WHERE TO MEET:
For Central Park sessions we meet between the steps in front of the entrance to the swimming pool and the clock tower. The instructor will always wear a Sound Fitness T Shirt so you should be able to identify him/her easily!

WHAT TO WEAR:
Comfortable clothing, such as tracksuit bottoms or short, with a t-shirt. You should wear trainers or running shoes with socks. It is not advisable to wear brand new trainers as the park can get muddy in bad weather!

WHAT TO BRING:
You don't need to bring anything with you except a bottle of water and a positive attitude, we will do the rest!

OTHER INFO:

As we will be moving around the park, you should leave valuables at home. Please don't bring a handbag! Your instructor will bring a holdall for all your valuables, which they will keep on their person at all times. You may like to bring a towel to leave in the car for afterwards, especially if it is raining. If the weather is/has been bad, I would also recommend bringing a carrier bag to place on your car seat on the way home, as you may get muddy!


Parking is available at the pool, however, due to construction work it may be easier to park at the Park and Ride car park in front of Plymouth Argyll's Home Park football ground, entrance off Outland Road (A386). Postcode for your Sat nav: PL2 3DG - the postcode is as close to the meeting point as we can get. There is also a map below.

FIRST TIME?:
Don't forget to bring your completed ParQ (fitness ready) form and ensure you have completed your booking form with your emergency contact details. You cannot take part unless we have received this. Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first session.
