WHAT TO WEAR:
Comfortable clothing, such as tracksuit bottoms or shorts, with a t-shirt. You should wear trainers or running shoes with socks. It is not advisable to wear brand new trainers as the park can get muddy in bad weather!
WHAT TO BRING:
You don't need to bring anything with you except a bottle of water and a positive attitude, we will do the rest!
OTHER INFO:
As we will be moving around the park, you should leave valuables at home. Please don't bring a handbag! Your instructor will bring a holdall for all your valuables, which they will keep on their person at all times. You may like to bring a towel to leave in the car for afterwards, especially if it is raining. If the weather is/has been bad, I would also recommend bringing a carrier bag to place on your car seat on the way home, as you may get muddy!
FIRST TIME?:
Don't forget to bring your completed ParQ (fitness ready) form and ensure you have completed your booking form with your emergency contact details. You cannot take part unless we have received this. Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first session.
